Open Access Databases

  • PubMed (Medline) Provides access to over 16 million citations from MEDLINE and other life science journals for biomedical articles back to the 1950s. Includes links to many sites providing full-text articles and other related resources.
  • ADHDgene-Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) [ADHDgene] ADHDgene is a genetic database for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. The core data of ADHDgene is collected from numerous original publications. The extended data were obtained from extended functional analysis based on the core data, including linkage disequilibrium (LD) analysis of the literature-origin SNPs, pathway-based analysis (PBA) for the GWAS data of ADHD and gene mapping. ADHDgene covers a broad range of genetic factors, not only SNPs and genes, but also variants like CNV, VNTR, and microsatellite, as well as regions and pathways.
